You will need a socket extension and it will be out of the light housing. A zip tie holds it in place. That's what I did.

i think you mean a19, you may need a socket extension/extender to fit, sold on ebay/amazon. I had to use one for even led/cfl bulbs because the bases are thicker and would not fit.

You got that right as I steer away from several items on Amazon. Fake, unrated & questionable sellers.

Works fine with Chinese wiring.... Smilie

These are getting cheaper and cheaper... and although the OP light at 5,000 lumen sounds closer to the truth, take the ratings as being very liberal.....

Another seller [amazon.com] has the same claimed 50watt, but 6,000 lumen.... but scroll down to #5 and it jumps to 12,000 lumen... lol

The last time I bought cheap led lights from China, they had lots of flicker. You can see the flicker if you wave something white and narrow, like a plastic knife, in front of a dark area with the light to your back.

Did you only use one or did you install several?

I installed 6 in my garage. Better than having the garage open in the daytime.

That's frightening. But tbh, if I hung around in there too long under these artificial lights, my eyes would see halos and a bit blurry when I get back into "normal/natural" settings.
So it can't be good or that my eyesight are clocking out on me!?

These add a lot of light in a garage. I was planning on installing florescent fixtures and using LED light bulbs but I decided to buy a pair of these. They look like they might be metal with the design of the arms but they are not. I was thinking they dissipate heat with metal arms. They are mostly plastic and look to be fairly fragile so be careful installing them.
