I've heard great things about Risk of Rain 2
Risk of Rain 2 is one of my favorite games - I am not a roguelike guy normally, but it is SO much fun to play with your friends. I would not recommend it as much if you are likely to play alone. KILLER soundtrack.

What's good here? I was considering Friday the Thirteenth as I used to love the movies.

I recommend "Victor Vran" if you are looking for a co-op (online and couch available) with hack/slash, RPG-like customizations, and lots of loot.

Does anyone have any couch co-op PS4/PS3 recommendations on this list or not?

Thomas Was Alone is an excellent indie and well worth 0.99. I played it on Vita and think it's a better fit for a handheld but it should translate fine to the big screen (if you want handheld, have a Switch, and don't mind paying the Switch tax, it's on sale there for $4.99 right now).

Hellblade is also absolutely worth that price; be sure to play with headphones.

So many good games on this list! Some of my favorites:
Steamworld Dig - Metroidvania platforming fun. Not too long, great pace and upgrades. Well worth $2
Steamworld Heist - Turn based strategy, same world as above.
Donut County - Reminds me of Katamari Damacy in reverse, instead of making a bigger ball of stuff, you make a bigger hole to eat the stuff.
Hyper Light Drifter - 16 bit art style, tough like a soulsborne game and great soundtrack.
Risk of Rain - SO GOOD. Love the original. So many items and cool synergies.
Risk of Rain 2 - Same world as the original but in 3D. Everything that makes the original fun is here and more.

Can't decide if I should jump on Disco Elysium at this price, play on PC (which I never do anymore, but this seems much better suited to it), or wait until a drop to $15-20 range which seems inevitable sooner rather than later.

Did the devs fix all the bugs for Disco Elysium on console yet? When it released it had constant crash issues, and a certain quest could lock you out from finishing the game.

Raji is a short but sweet action adventure game in the vein of prince of Persia/God of War formats. The most unique aspect is its Indian setting deeply grounded in Hindu Mythology. As a Hindu person myself it was an absolute treat seeing my culture and heritage being represented in one of my favorite mediums.

I'm wondering the same thing, if I should get it now or wait for a price drop
