I've been watching these for a few months and they seem to rarely go on sale, so I'd jump on it if you're holding out. Not to mention, appliances are all out of stock everywhere. That said, we finally got the B36CL80SNS last week at Lowes for 500 off. One of the only nicer French door fridges we found without the ice in the door.

Good feedback -- next time, remember to share the deal! Smilie $500 savings is greater than $300 and I would have been there -- prefer Lowes over Home Depot any day of the week!

eh...

I looked at a standard top freezer LG and a bottom freezer top single door LG model(LG was on sale for both) and either one was available for delivery. by the 18th this month for Phoenix, as well as the model OP posted. Doesn't sound like anyone needs to rush out and buy a $3k refrigerator.

If you don't need it now, Waiting for Thanksgiving sale might be worth it. Seems to go lower by ~$800 or so from regular price.

The real benefit to this fridge is that it is 72" tall. Only this fridge and a Samsung model are taller whereas everyone else is the standard height. Those are too low for my cabinets and leaves a 3-4" gap.

All counter depth fridges are smaller.

Best fridge I've had.

No point in having a bigger fridge that doesn't fit.

American houses are bigger then ever. Americans lived for decades without 'counter-depth' friges.

So I'll restate my point, this counter depth trend is all about style vs function.

That's not necessarily true. I need a counter depth refrigerator in my 1970s house or I'm unable to open the dishwasher. It's not for style in this area.

What a bizarre statement. Of course style is important. It is the most important aspect in kitchen design. Where have you been?

In my case I need a counter depth or fridge is blocking the doorway.

Also, more importantly, this Bosch fridge is taller than the standard fridge so it fit perfectly under my cabinets. The standard fridges are too short and leave a gap. There are only a handful of fridges that are taller. So if you need a fridge of a specific dimension then this is the one to get.
