Maybe a luxury car dealer will be priced that high (Mercedes, BMW, etc.) but most dealerships are anywhere from $70 - $150 for a full synthetic oil change. For example, the local Volvo dealer charges $125 while the local VW dealer charges $79.95 with occasional coupons taking it down to $65.
if you really want conventional, bump up to 5w, summer it shouldn't matter at all that oil will stay fluid. however like my Z, most cars that call for 0 are tuned very sensitively
Oil weight doesn't determine if it is a full synthetic or not. There are 0w20s that are blends and there are full synthetic 0w20 oils.
