YMMV. Both of my credit emails say 'Expire August 7, 2021'.

"first time"

is there a way to see if this will work on my Prime acct?

I do remember doing a similar promo a few years ago(at least 5 or 6 years ago). I remembergoing to a CVS and added $40 or $50 in cash to my Amazon Cash account... then getting a $10 or $15 promo in my account.

Usually other Amazon promos will tell you if you qualify or not...
I had the same question despite Richspys snooty answer. I have no desire to use Amazon cash at an actual store. I just want to get the free $10 and wanted to know if I can just apply Amazon cash to an Amazon online purchase.

I'm pretty sure the answer is yes but it's not 100% clear.
would this giftcard promo stack with the other one with buy 40 gift card get 10

Since it's a bit unclear what this is, basically Amazon Cash is going to a physical store (such as a 7-11 or Walgreens) and asking the cashier to scan a barcode, which acts like buying an Amazon gift card. This way, you can add funds to your Amazon account using cash or credit card. I assume you can use this to stack 5% cashback, but haven't tested it myself.

For the GCOFFER10 code, I did see the message after apply it:
Thank you for treating someone to an Amazon.com Gift Card. Now we're treating you to a $10 promotional credit automatically applied to your account, and good for eligible products sold by Amazon.com

Any idea how soon will we get the $10 promotional credit to show up in the balance?
Did you use the standard egiftcard and $50 and someone elses email? Im getting "The promotional code you entered cannot be applied to your purchase." at checkout and am trying to find out why

Are there denomination limits? I know some stores don't accept bills more than $20 so not sure if that applies here... or if I use a kiosk (not sure they have any around here).

Amazon Cash = Amazon Gift Card Balance. It is just a different name but works the same.

Offer only applies to products sold by Amazon.com (look for "sold by Amazon.com" on the product detail page). Products sold by third-party sellers or other Amazon entities will not qualify for this offer, even if "fulfilled by Amazon.com" or "Prime Eligible".
Shipping charges and taxes may apply to the full value of discounted and free promotional items.
Offer limited to one per customer and account.
The maximum benefit you may receive from this offer is $10 off products sold by amazon.com.

Unless an Amazon Gift Card is the stated benefit of the promotion, promotional codes (including those placed directly in accounts) may not be redeemed for Amazon Gift Cards, prepaid open loop cards, or third-party gift cards.
I don't think this answers the question. The listed bullet points apply to use of the $10 promotional credit, not the Amazon Cash balance.

The question is whether we can use up the Amazon Cash balance ($50) for online purchases without ever going to a physical store?

I'm not trying to be snooty here but perhaps I am missing the point of the question. Where else would you use Amazon digital money besides Amazon.com? Do they have physical stores where you are? I am lost...

That doesn't tell you if the credit card cashback will stack or not.

I'm pretty sure the offer is for people who go to the store and add money. My question is can I add money using a credit card at the store?

You have to go to a store to get this deal? I thought the point of Amazon is that you don't need to go to stores anymore?

Why do you think Amazon would speak on behalf of other banks regarding credit card cashback?

It's like Apple Pay or PayPal.
