5041.76 points = 41.76 on SWA purchase + 4800 bonus on SWA purchase + 200 for 2x Pts on SWA purchase. Assuming the weird 41.76 pts is because I also received a $63.80 credit from my $75 Travel Credit / yr. (Already received $11.20 in credit earlier this year when I went to Vegas on points.)
Where do you see the bonus points?
I purchased the $100 GC on 6/10 and it has posted to my credit card statement but not seeing bonus points anywhere. TIA

Found the information and am only seeing 200 points - "2x pts for Southwest purchase"
Shows transaction date of 6/10 and posted date of 6/13.
Is this something a CSR can fix?

I definitely waited until after 12:01 am on the 11th.
I spoke with SW and confirmed that they operate on Central Time, which was not noted in the promotion.
While I have not received my bonus points yet, I was told that an adjustment will be made when points are posted on my next statement, which for me is usually around the 7th of each month.
If that doesn't happen automatically then I can call back to have points manually added.
The same situation may occur for those on the West Coast if they waited until after midnight Central time to take advantage of the promotion.

I called the general SW number. They were able to see the original promotion and informed me about the time difference possibly causing the issue with the posting of the bonus points.
I was given a number to call to follow up -- 855-234-4654 option 5. Hours are M-F 9 a.m.- 4 p.m. Central time.

Not yet. CSR can see the promotion and the terms and conditions, etc.. But there has been an inconsistency in who is responsible for the actual reporting/posting of the bonus points (Chase or SW). In the end I was told to wait the 8 weeks from the date of purchase for the bonus points to post even though I know others received the full promotion - 5,000 points at the same time rather than 200 points now then an additional 4,800 bonus points separately.
I will call again after August 11 but this is turning out to be more complicated than I anticipated.
