Amazon sells an instant pot branded 8 qt stainless steel insert for $35. Reviews say it fits this 8qt insignia. It is nice to have 2 pots- one to cook the main meal and the second to cook the rice.
It would be easy to check that fit by flipping the Insignia top cover over and seeing how your old insert fits on the Insignia's sealing gasket ring. Also compare height of the top rim to the other insert.
Now I cured that with picking up the 8qt Insignia.
Not worried about the teflon for the short-term future, as it's super easy to clean & harmless if not scratched or chipped. Have plenty of time to find matching stainless inserts.

A pressure cooker has a maximum temperature of around 250F. Even for saute it would be very difficult to misuse the teflon pan insert this badly.
Again stop spreading outdated incorrect information about the safety of Teflon. It's one of the main materials used for medical implants for a very good reason you know.

I also bought the 6qt deal and picked it up yesterday. But just ordered this one as well. We could probably use the extra 2qt, everything else being similar. Most likely will return the 6qt one once wife blesses this 8qt.
But for 8qts at $35 (I paid $40) this is still a good deal.
After it cooled, I then found the groove of the inner silicone ring seal kind of 'stuck' to the steel round mounting ring. I simply pried it loose with my fingers, then took off the silicone ring, and reinstalled it and that did the trick.
Maybe try that to possibly end the 2 year glitch you're having.
I had a Insignia microwave oven, it only lasted several months. I spent my own money to sent it to the manufacturer for a replacement (the return address was in NY). Never received a replacement. I cut my losses and moved on.

I don't use the non-stick pot so I can't comment on that one, but the stainless one (also Insignia branded) has been terrific so far!
Edit: Unless you meant the whole system, then my comment about terrific stands. I've been nothing but happy!
