I had one--Michaels had it for like $15 on sale. It's a neat little water feature but the pump is very loud and irritating (and yes it had a full water level). It would sometimes leak water too as there isn't any lip to keep it from splashing off the middle tier. Over time it would start to grow stuff in the water so I ended up throwing the whole thing away. Maintenance and keeping it clean would be a real chore.
