I got this today and shame on dell to send some ones returned monitor. Dell does not even hide it, it come from Dell Returns PA warehouse.

I had a similar experience a few years ago. I ordered two new monitors from Dell's website and instead received two refurbished monitors shipped from warranty fulfillment delivered together in a single big brown cardboard box. Was quite a hassle and had to deal with several people. They kept trying to cancel the previous sale-price order and process a new order at full-price. Eventually Dell replaced them with new at the sale price but it took a lot of effort and weeks to resolve.

I've returned a monitor and a laptop to Dell on separate occasions they didn't charge a return/ restock fee. All you have to do is call them. They will send you the shipping label.

Maybe it's a ymmv type of thing, but I was just going off of what their return policy says, which is:

"Unless the product is defective or the return is a direct result of a Dell error, Dell may charge a restocking fee of 15% of the purchase price paid less shipping and handling, plus any applicable sales tax, which would be applied through a total reduced refund or credit."

Just checked the my monitors shipping label after reading your post.
Dell S3221QS 32 inch 4K curved monitor from two ago is from Dell Returns but from Houston. Mad

It took 2 weeks to get delivered. Dell told me it was a delay, because it was being built.

Gonna contact Dell about this tomorrow and ask did they send out a return.
My Monitor shipped in the retail box, but the seal was broken.

Then it looks like someone taped it back. I haven't got around to testing it yet.

If its a return and not a new monitor then Dell shouldn't expect a restocking fee. Dell is trying to fraud customers.
Check the Service Tag. Its should tell you when the warranty started..

Checked it, has the warranty start date of when it was delivered June 4th 2021.
Hopefully its new. Wonder why it shipped from Dell returns center.
