The monitor I received yesterday was from Dell returns had the seal broken. But the monitor itself looks great and no finger prints or damages.
Mine was manufactured in April

As long as you make a single transaction for the required amount, you should be fine. You'll typically get a "You've used your Amex offer!" email within like 2 days, even though the credit will take a bit longer to reflect in statement.

Dell S3221QS 32 inch 4K curved monitor from two ago is from Dell Returns but from Houston.
It took 2 weeks to get delivered. Dell told me it was a delay, because it was being built.
Gonna contact Dell about this tomorrow and ask did they send out a return.
My Monitor shipped in the retail box, but the seal was broken.
Then it looks like someone taped it back. I haven't got around to testing it yet.
If its a return and not a new monitor then Dell shouldn't expect a restocking fee. Dell is trying to fraud customers.
Any way to price match since a coupon is involved?

If it works then I will keep it. I had a $30 credit, so the $315 S3221QS came out to $285 before tax. I doubt I could find a better deal.
Someone on a Dell forum suggested the reason why we are getting monitors with broken retail box seals is because they were opened to update the firmware.
Everyone, including myself was confused by the broken retail box seals and the returns department address. As LivelyMusic493 stated, poor choice of a warehouse name.
