Wasn't there a netflix documentary about over 50% of honey is fake honey from China being blended into our food supply, and that many of the food manufacturers don't know its fake?

Recently discovered that manufactures only need to include 51% honey to call it honey. They can and often do add fillers like corn syrup.

Not to mention it's often sourced from China, heavily processed/pasteurized which removes beneficial enzymes.

Best to get honey from a local source/farmer if you want the health benefits from honey.

5 Lbs is about 480 teaspoons.

Two cups of tea a day. would be 3/4 of a year.

Add two teaspoons per cup and you're looking at 1/3 of a year.

Two or three person household.

Honey in cooking.

I mean, You could just slather it on yourself too.

Not disputing what you've said, but what are you doing with 5lbs. honey before it starts to crystallize? Kinda suspect.
Really? Never heard of cooking with it, using it with homeopathic medicine. Simply look at how much the average person eats in sugar.... you have a family... 5 lbs only goes so far. I use honey even in pizza dough and its the best recipe I've ever made and nearly as good as the best closet ny styal pizza restuant in the area. Honey is extremely versatile and can be used in a huge about of items... of course an affordable 5lb lot i am extreamly suspicious. As others has said honey is faked a lot and I prefer to buy locally and supposedly that should help with allergies as well, but more or less it averages $8 or so a lb. also real honey basically never goes bad so not really sure what your talking about unless your saying this is in fact fake and will go bad?

I imagine it would be super easy to tell. It's super easy to tell because it's usually the best farking honey... you can see it in the texture and the taste.

Another way to cycle through bulk honey purchases, aside from tea/butter-&-toast/bbq-sauces/stir-fries/etc is adding a teaspoon or two the daily morning oatmeal!

I will stick with buying honey from Costco. I may be naïve but trust Costco controls their sources better than Amazon.

Really nicely said, I totally agree, Costco cares about and treats it's customers and employees waaay better than Amazon also.

How does the beekeeper know the bees got the honey specifically from "wild flowers"?
By building their artificial hives near wild flowers, or harvesting from natural hives which are near wild flowers, I'd assume...

well if you have a really hot woman as a neighbor or in the gym, and there's your wife in your house, is there a guarantee that the male bee would always go to the identical honeypot?

Amazon Brand? IDK might as well buy your honey from China, 100% adulterated.

Lol, putting the facts aside that all hot women are not "identical" and all worker bees are actually female...what you have to understand is that bees only make honey using pollen and nectar from flowers, not herbs, grass, leaves, moss, etc. If a beekeeper makes an artificial bee hive to farm honey, or decides to farm a natural hive for honey, they're gonna look around first to see what kind of flowers are nearby so they know what to put on the honey bottle. Wildflowers aren't some specific species of flower, they're literally any naturally growing flower uncultivated by humans, so Wildflower Honey comes from a variety of wildflowers. If the vast majority of flowers near the hive is a specific type of flower, like orange blossoms, then you could safely put Orange Blossom Honey on the bottle. Tests are done to check the pollen and ensure the honey meets the state requirements for accurate labeling. Get it now?

FYI: This deal says the 5-Lb Happy Belly Wildflower Honey is raw, but it is not. Only the 32-Oz honey is raw and unfiltered.
