Just to note, the human body can't metabolize more than 500 mg of Vit-C at a time with the excess going to be peeing out, so these large doses need to be divided to increase the absorption. Also, Emergen-C Immune+ contains beta-glucan, an important immune system booster inside the mycobacterial arabinogalactan delivery base. ImmuneMAX, on the other hand, has a couple of helpful amino acids added, though in nontherapeutic doses.
Both are good products, just a bit different.
