Got two of these mice and I like em. The ability to switch between 3 devices is fantastic, and Logitech Options software gives them some other cool features.

Other than black plastic on the bottom rather than white, this looks identical to the M720 Triathlon.

I liked the Triathlon. It is not as good as the MX 1100 or MX2/3, but was pretty good for productivity. My Triathlon died rather quickly from the common double click switch problem.

I love Logitech mouse, my favorite for over 30 years. Tried many others and most of them failed to match in reliability and longevity. Some store actually has them in stock and save $5 on shipping. Great find, got 2 for now. They works with 3 hosts and can use either the Unify receiver or simple bluetooth...

This is a common problem with this mouse. It is from the cheap switches that Logitech is using. If you are willing to open the mouse, remove the old switches, and solder in new switches, then this can be fixed. It will cost you about $5.

I too was disappointed that the mouse didn't last longer before needing repair since I liked the feel and the multi-computer feature. Most people won't bother fixing them and will just buy a new one.

I just threw away M705 with clicking problem, should I pick it up and replace the switch? What's a better switch? Thanks.

EDIT: Never mind, I won't be able to find the screws... oof.

Quality seems to be worse than those higher priced mouses. My is still usable after a year and half. But the scrolling wheel is now miss aligned and wobbling in the infinite scrolling mode.

I guess that why the warranty is just one year for this mouse. Buying from Costco will give you a good coverage thought.
