Perfect, this matches the one I just put up in our nursery. Getting one for our room. Thanks!

these fans are weird. in order to reverse it. you have to remove the light cover and turn the switch inside.

This one comes with a remote which typically controls the direction. Why wouldnt you use that instead of doing manually?

Is the light bright enough to fill a standard sized bedroom?

These fans are a great physical design in that they're surprisingly low-pofile (around 14"). However, they also don't necessarily move as much air as you might hope (the importance of this functionality being relative to your local climate and/or your intended use case).

I opted for a Hunter TImpani, which for the same power rating provides nearly 50% more airflow.

The advantage of the Hunter design is that the fixture uses two medium base lamps. You could replace the included 60W equivalent with two 75W equivalent or 100W equivalent(!) lamps. Note that the official rating is no more than 14W (so maybe don't go past a 100W equivalent).

Unfortunately, the frosted cover is likely robbing you of some of the light.

Good luck!

This model is not reversible by remote. The manufacturer's product page is misleading. If you read the installation manual on their website, it specifically states in order to reverse the fan direction, you must remove the glass fixture to access the switch manually. There is a Costco review that details this specifically as well.

Disappointed with this purchase. It hardly moves any air. Its a like small breeze of air when standing directly under it.

Bought 4 of these last time at this price, very average fan - fit, finish, etc. A bit loud too. Not the Hunter quality I was hoping for. Would not buy again. my 2 cents.
