A Quiet Place 2 is coming to Paramount + in July. May be be worth signing up for that.

If you cancel right away, you'll only get 1 month of service, since the promotion is not charging you for a 2-month sub all at once. If you want the second month for a buck, you can't cancel until you're charged your second monthly subscription fee, at the earliest.

The AMC+ trial is worth it just to watch Gangs of London. It's one of the best new shows I've watched in the last couple of years, but nobody knows about it because it's stuck on a weird streaming service.

Went to sign up for a channel and remembered / realized that I'm still on my sister's prime account from about 10 years ago. I get many prime benefits, but not this one.

No rush credits possibly expiring tomorrow for some. If you have credits it will automatically be used to pay for these subs.

Yeah, and Netflix still doesn't support modern features like Up Next or the upcoming Synchronized play.

There are so many subscription streaming services now!!! Remember the good old days when everything was mostly on Netflix for one fee?
Still better than paying $80/mo for a terrible cable package with channels you couldn't opt out of. I have Netflix + Hulu + Prime + Paramount Plus and it's STILL cheaper than most cable packages.

If
  • you haven't selected the deal(s) yet
  • and you have an eligible Discover card
  • and you have the Cashback Bonus category of "Gas Stations, Wholesale Clubs and Select Streaming Services" available to you in your Discover account…

…opt into that Cashback Bonus category before you chose the Prime Video Channel deal(s) *and* ensure the default card for the "purchase" is that Discover card.

If the 99c (or less if you have partial Amazon no-rush money left) is then charged to the Discover card before the end of June, it qualifies for the 5% Cashback as it is ID'd as Amazon Prime Video.

Yeah, it amounts to a few pennies back and the Cashback Bonus category is valid to the end of June but, hey, 5% back is 5% back.

Those looking for Euro coverage, you want none of these services. ESPN+ has multiview if you're okay with that (split screen, half is the game and half is split between following the two teams' coaches/bench). If not, the cheapest option is Sling Orange for ESPN, which will show you the game in full screen. Paramount+ is the only service on sale with soccer, but it doesn't have Euro coverage (and EPL is Peacock).

Also, for those who have Verizon service (might be for phone only but am not totally certain), don't forget you get a free year of Discovery+.

Yeah I cut cord on DIrecTV about 15 months ago. Absolutely no regrets. I have Free MLBtv (T-mobile Tuesday deal) Netflix paid for (T-Mobile) Hulu on the 1.99 deal for 12 monthsp, Prime, Disney Plus and for sports I use a website.

I honestly have more tv than I have time to watch...

Has this sort of deal happened before? If so any regularity to the timing or channels offered?
Trials like this used to be for 3 months, not just 2.

The thing I would miss is DVR capability for live TV. And I'd miss the stuff I have already recorded on our 3 receivers (1XHR44 and 2xHR24).

AMC+ on Prime doesn't appear to include BBC America, IFC, or Sundance TV, though they are featured in the banner at https://www.amcplus.com.

For those who like spy thrillers, Epix has Deep State and Berlin Station, which I thoroughly enjoyed. In that vein they also have Condor, though I haven't seen it yet.

Univision app has all the games free and you can cast to Tv. What ESPN did with their multi view is horse shit
