How the heck do I add a picture to this deal on mobile app (android)? Can someone add a pic for me, please? Either I'm totally missing it, or it's missing from my app.
Factory blemished = brand new for those new to DTO. Comes in same box as the fan in the store, same manual, etc. Most speculate that Factory Blemished = Overstock. Factory reconditioned = not new, arrives in plain brown box, and item is stamped with an R on it. This deal is for Factory Blemished.
It's nowhere near the awesome deal a few months ago for $45 + an awesome free bit set, but it's a solid deal nonetheless over the $140(?) HD price. Here's that crazy deal I'm sure we'll never see again:

- My personal 2 cents on the deal after having the fan for ~2 months:
In all honesty, I love the fan and use it everyday. But, I don't know that it's worth more than the $45 plus free bits I got it for. At $80, I'd look hard at some alternative outdoor fans/shop fans that move way more air. But unlike those, I can take this one almost anywhere and run it on battery. I take advantage of its portability all the time around the house. I take it between the house and backyard deck all the time. It's also got a cutout in the base plate bracket for a bolt, so I'll be looking into mounting it on posts outside pretty soon.
- Advice if you're on the fence about it:
So I guess if you're on the fence, it comes down to how likely you are to take advantage of its ability to run off of a battery vs significantly more air (CFM) at the same or lower prices (many of which are rated for being outdoors with waterproof motor housing).
- The premium you're paying for the ability to run it off a Ryobi battery:
With this fan, make no mistake that you are paying LARGE premium for the ability to run it using your Ryobi batteries. Yes, it's very well made, but that's not the reason they're able to charge $140 for a freaking fan, and sell enough to have nearly 750 reviews on HD.

With ERCOT warning us Texans of blackouts due to the heat, this deal couldn't have come a better time.... and were not even in the 100s yet
You can use those battery adapters as well if you want to use a Makita or Milwaukee battery in a pinch.
