Great deal! I looked at this one too when considering options for a replacement light at our cottage a couple months back, but it extended too far for our use. If anyone needs a true flush mount in a retro/farmhouse style, we ended up getting this one [amazon.com]. Very pleased with the look, feel and finish. Not the same price as this deal of course.

We popped in these bulbs [amazon.com].

This is true, and they are also very very much on the warm side of the spectrum. Almost orange, the ones we purchased.

That said, you can pop in any Edison style LED at any color point you want.

LED Edison bulbs like that go up to at least 100 watt equivalent. Two of them is going to be quite a lot of light.

Jumped on this. You can use any E26 bulb that's 60W or less. Should give off plenty of light if you get an LED. Wouldn't use it for a big area but for a kitchen or entry way it should be fine.

Looks like it was designed from the Kichler Barrington [kichler.com] model, sans glass. Not a huge fan of the open design, but I did get a laugh from the product image where it says "safe and no need to clean." I wish there were a single thing in my home with "no need to clean."
