Nice deal posting. I'm definitely looking hard at this. Should I go for this one or wait for the Costco Flex 5 with same internals for $649?
It seems this one is brighter at 300 nuts and has a bigger battery
It has better build quality as well, fully metal construct. Also, the Type-C port is full functional one, supporting Data, Display Out at 4K 60 Hz and Data, vs only chargng support in Flex 5.

Really depends on if the added tablet-mode and pen support is important. It is to my daughter and she absolutely loves her Flex 5 for school. That said, if that isn't needed then this is the better machine.
How are the hinges on these things? Will accidental coverage handle that, given that it seems regular warranty coverage doesn't? Is this a pretty good option for 3-4 years possibly? Thanks!
Thanks for this! Was looking for a new computer for the wife in this price range. Spec wise it's better than other laptops I've seen in the last couple of days. Hopefully she'll like it. She definitely doesn't need a 2 in 1 or anything super high end.

4600u vs 4700u .. 5-7% difference.. so it looks overpriced. I own that one from costco, and my main disappointment - screen
