Visible is consistently slower in both upload and download speed, and the dealbreaker for me is the ping/latency. Visible, at its best, is around 60ms East Coast USA, but often they go into maintenance mode and the ping goes to 150-200ms about every 2 weeks.
Verizon prepaid is consistently under 20ms and everything on my phone while on cellular is significantly faster than on Visible. Maybe I'm overly sensitive but after about 4 months on Visible I switched back to Verizon (a PITA btw, due to the way the Visible MVNO works) and I couldn't be happier.
If you are lucky to get good ping on Visible, it can be comparable to Verizon. The compromise was not worth the discount to me.
My port to Visible (from Mint Mobile) went quickly and smoothly once I requested and got the arcane codes needed from Mint Mobile. But I haven't gotten the $100 rebate yet.
So far, very happy with Visible in the far northwest suburbs of Chicago.

Visible is great if you don't like being bothered by phone calls and texts and need help staying off the internet.
I've used them for 6 months and will leaving soon. It started off ok, but now I constantly lose signal then it comes back at 50 mbps, then it is gone again, all without moving. It's become so unreliable it's is worthless. I don't need 100 mpbs speeds (heck, 5 mbps is probably fine for me), but I do need it to work.
I do appreciate the $200 rebate on my iPhone 12 Pro and free airpods pro, but it's time to go.
