I'm sure he did, but those were at&t versions that cannot be unlocked because ms won't give the unlock codes to at&t.

Am I alone thinking that this piece of Microsoft is loosing its value tremendously? Around let's say Black Friday it probably will be around $350. Microsoft always creates a cool product ahead of time and right away kills them with stupid pricing/logistics/placement

If you look at B&H page, it shows no coverage of any of the Verizon bands.

Maybe it will work with Verizon data but not voice? I'd think B&H would have an interest in saying it's compatible if it is.

B&H is notoriously bad with their specifications. Just google "Surface Duo on Verizon" and you will find the information that you need.
