Avoid May-Oct, so one of the few times these deals actually coincides with the peak season; rain season starts end of May. I went Mid-May a few years ago and the water was still kind of rough with cloudy skies, not much rain though.

I tried some dates outside the ones listed and the prices were actually lower. When I tried to go from 1 person to 4, price went up 4x so obviously they have limited tickets at the lower price. I would try outside the dates above just for reference
