I run our 240v well pump, lights, fridge, freezer, everything except the HVAC.
It's been great. Some lights flicker a bit but have not noticed any other issues.
It's been a great investment, having water when the power goes out is huge. No lights, i can deal with but no water to flush, wash, etc with a new baby would have been not fun.
I wouldn't trust plugging that thing into just about anything anymore. Everything uses chips and sensitive electronics these days. Even your Fridge, Washer/Dryer, and Thermostat.
Probably fine for running tools at the job site, but not sure why you'd want a tri-fuel in those situations though. Wish they made more LNG/Propane inverters for home use.
1. Lights flickered
2. UPS beeped every minute due to power fluctuations. Battery died due to not being able to charge. Had to plug computers directly into wall.
3. Very noisy
4. Fuel selector switch broke after 1 year. Got a replacement from Firman (took them 3 months and constant emails). Then it broke while I was trying to install it.
Returned it to Costco. No issues.
Got myself the Predator 8750 Inverter (with Warranty). Costs more, but I can run my computers on this without having to worry.

Also, about THD, all my sensitive electronics (TV, Computer, modem, router...etc...) are plugged into UPS sinewave unit. I understand the sinewave output is only when internal battery is being used. What about dirty power from generator?
I will appreciate any input. Deciding between this unit, or the Champion Trifuel which is a couple hundred more, but reportedly a little lower THD.

How are the noise levels on this when using propane or any other fuel?
Also I see lots of comments praising inverter generators over standard ones since they produce a cleaner sine wave. Any issues with running the fridge or freezer?
Zero issues with fridge or freezer or any other devices so far.
I shut off all my breakers before starting it up, then turn each back on one at a time so it's not as big of a load all at once.
INSTEAD - get either an inverter generator, OR a non inverter generaetor that has a THD of less than 5%.
I have both of those and they work wonderfully to power my entire home and provides clean power to all my delicate devices:
My inverter generator: https://www.amazon.com/Champion-6...175&sr=8-3
My non inverter but good THD: https://www.costco.com/generac-8%...46706.html
I would be glad to answer questions about either.

Zero issues with 240v well pump and the rest of my 2000sq/ft house, except for some bulbs flicker.
