6 months ago it showed it was available, called and verified, but now it shows not available. T Mobile playing games as I have their tower only 300 yards from my house.
Just jumped from "1200 mbps" unlimited from Xfinity for $120 month. Was getting about 30 down and 4-5 up. Dead spots all over. Now I'm on TMo for $50/month getting 70-80 down and 15 up. No dead spots because I can put the router anywhere, not where my cable comes in.

on T-Mobile, how much do you download or upload? is it more or less than 1TB?
Just received the device last week. First 24-48 hours speeds were 100/40 in Orange County, California. Video streaming was buffering or kicking us off. After the initial 48 hours it seems to have settled in, it's now at 300+/100+ mbps with no stuttering or buffering. I'd recommend trying it out at only $50/month with no contract or 1 yr promo price. The app doesn't offer any option to forward ports or advanced settings and the router included is Wifi 6.
Took less than 5 minutes to take out the box, turn on, disconnected the ethernet from my spectrum modem -> deco m9 mesh and plugged tmobile home internet -> deco m9. Old network still up with a secondary wifi 6 capable network.
Cancelling my spectrum 300/10 service today and trying out tmobile until there's any hiccups.

no regrets. no need to test it. 5g is very spotty. you can get up to 125mbps in 1 spot and the next hr it drops to 5mbps.
the made in vietnam router modem got very hot. its auto battery back up worked only a few times and never kicked in after while trying to move the router around the house
I tried it and canceled. it would be fine one day and horrible the next. Support was a joke. The support engineer legit told me the reason it's slow is because it has to convert the cell service from 5g to wifi.. I laughed. If you can get great coverage.. it works. I think there is also a limit with how many devices you can connect in the house. With all my kasa light switches and other devices..not sure the truth behind it but just something to keep in mind. Oh also the trashcan is known to overheat.

I had it one day, it was slooooooo. So I stuck with Spectrum cable, as much as I wanted Tmo's trashcan to work, it did not.
I have been using it for about 2 months now, you will have to occasionally turn the router off and on again. About once a month on average. The connection does slow down during peak usage. Yes, streaming Netflix, Amazon prime, and Hulu without a problem.
Been using it for two months as well. The Nokia 5g router overheated and died a few days ago. Refurbished replacement was sent within 2 days. Get around 50mbps due to only having 4g towers. Speed suck, but I hate Spectrum more. Also Im not getting the autopay discount. Was told that I already have 8 voice lines max on my account and this additional service would make 9 so Im not eligible. Sounds like bs

I just started a week or so ago. But I'm streaming 4K movies while kids are on FaceTime and tiktok like crazy. I floated right around 1 TB on Xfinity once kids went back to school and we went back to work.

They threw in a free T-Vision Hub.
I was on the waiting list for a call back when available in my area, but never received.
(2) is this a good idea for people who currently use 1TB to 1.5TB of data per month on cable internet service?
