BTW samsung ecommerce support is still utter trash. I ordered a Tab A7 that came in with the box completely crushed. They shipped it with no packaging padding. Of course it was damaged and only recourse is to return it for a refund. They don't do replacements. The stupid support person wasted my time and transferred me to warranty instead. Hilarious

Edit: just chatted with CSR, they are approving a one time exception to the trade-in charge back.
