That sounds pretty conservative. I'm 6'2" 185lbs and I do 20 rep sets with 80lb kettlebell (this is for 2 arm swings)
I agree with them. Way to heavy. kB are very versatile. Check out a suspension trainer like TRX. Another very versatile piece of equipment.
