Pardon my ignorance but does anyone know if these cards can be redeemed on Fandango.com to purchase in theatre tickets? I don't want to purchase three of them only to find out they are Vudu only.

When the hell does this go "Live" Eastern Time? Just tried and got "Sorry, but the promo code you've entered is not valid.". 12:01 am PT on 6/18 means it should be live 3:01 am ET on 6/18. It is currently 12:21 pm ET on 6/18. Did I miss something?

Unable to process credit card at this time. What a lame website.

Update: Order submitted. I bought it for myself and the discount code still worked just fine. Now just waiting until I receive the giftcard.

This is what I got after I purchased the giftcard.

"Card is redeemable only for purchase or rental of content on Vudu.com and participating Vudu apps."

You can just add it to your account on the web site (to be used for future purchases), and it becomes the default payment option. It doesn't require to be used all at once or anything. Also another thread says these never expire or anything.

Code worked for me.

I bought it for myself which is one of the options. I got an email with the link to the code. The code takes me to the gift card. Then you have to log into Vudu and go into your account and add teh card to payment methods. I tested a purchase and it automatically comes up with the gift card as the payment method.

I got 200 in cards in 2 separate transactions. Seems sketchy since you are not buying from VUDU but rather some unknown 3rd party but it worked. Had cards about 10 minutes after purchase.

I think what's happening is Vudu simply contracts the processing out to a payment processor. I think we are indeed buying from Vudu as we are buying from the Vudu website.
