call 611... you need to ask execute/IVR to connect to a loyalty specialist for offer. This is for upgrade only with 2 year contract and not for new line
I upgraded 2 lines in my account.
S21, 128GB for 249.99
S21+, 128 GB for 349.99
S21+, 256 GB for 379.99
No trade-in nessary.
Penalty for early termination is $325(subjected to change depending on device) and decreases $10 per month for 2 years. I was also told that loyalty executives can wave early termination penalty if upgraded after 1year but you have to call them to get this done.

A friend went in to take advantage of this, and they looked up their account and could see, based on GPS tracking, that Ithey'd been in a Verizon store in the past 6 months. As a result, they were not considered loyal and no deal.
They said Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost, etc. would all count as disloyal marks. He said that if you pass the GPS check, they will also ask for your phone to run a browser check to see if you have been to their websites. And they'll ask for permission to check your phone records to ensure you haven't been calling competitors.
They are taking the loyalty stuff seriously.

He is not joking. When I went to the local store the AT&T rep had a tattoo gun and gave me an ultimatum to perminantly disfigure my left ass cheek for $400 back in bill credits over 30 months. No trade in required.
