Probably not if you're looking to use the microphone built into the headset. You'd probably have to get a 3.5mm aux cable with an in-line microphone. Not great but if you need to use it wired instead of Bluetooth you could with this workaround.

Or if your PC simply doesn't have Bluetooth you can get an adapter and connect it via USB.

My mistake! Depending on the link you use in this thread is whether or not it loads the power bank into your cart or not. Just be careful and double check. I ordered it and got the power bank, but the first time when I clicked on the colored headsets it just showed me the headsets with no power bank.
