Guys...pay attention. Add another accessory and it drops to $1,683.

read the 85 inches section and follow that. click cancel and drop it to $1,500.

then use rebate to drop 2 percent.

then samsung rewards gives you another 2% back.

Go with the LG OLED. It's a consistent winner over QLED in general and much less bloatware installed than Samsung tvs.

Ordered with Galaxy Buds+, used cancel trick and got the 5% offer which took $89.77 off the TV and $4.32 off Buds.
So $1593.22 for TV
$76.67 for Buds
$1669.89 - 10% TCB = $1502 + tax
Also getting $35.15 in Samsung Rewards Credit.

Choosing this over the CX OLED mainly because of the added brightness since my living room is covered in windows and no burn-in. The single HDMI 2.1 port is a bummer but I plan to only use that for my PC anyways.

If doing the cancel trick, do it immediately after ordering to make sure you still have the opportunity to cancel. You aren't actually cancelling the order, it's just triggering the "do you really want to cancel" 5% offer that is easy to accept.

add whichever tv you want to buy, make sure you add the bud plus. Then cancel the order and select the reason that relates to it being too long to ship.

QLED Means quantum dot display. it is a display device that uses quantum dots, semiconductor nanocrystals that can produce pure monochromatic red, green, and blue light. So if you see a 4K LED TV and a 4K QLED TV, the rule of thumb says that the QLED TV is going to be better in terms of color accuracy. Although most QLED TVs are sold by Samsung, it does also supply them to TCL and Hisense.
What about the NEO part?

Just need few opinions.
Is it worth it to buy this one over Sony A80J which will be on sale starting tomorrow for ~$200 more? I am going to use this only for streaming movies, tv shows, and sports.

I know it's probably a stupid question... But is this a huge upgrade compare to my 2019 65in Q60 TV? I'm moving to another state and thinking about selling my old one and get a new one instead.
Ya, the upgrade is significant. Your TV doesn't have local dimming, doesn't have anti glare, doesn't have wide viewing angles, has much lower contrast ratios, and is less bright. The q60r is closer to being those budget black Friday tv's, whole this is the best non-oled on the market. https://www.rtings.com/tv/tools/c...shold=0.10

Where is the A80j going on sale? I too am comparing televisions, and the A80j, Q90a, and LG C1 are at the top of my list.

Dang. 85" is OOS or this may well have been a buy for me. Here's to hoping we can get a similar or better deal come holiday season.
