This is a clearance item at a Lowe's I was in today in the Dallas Metroplex. Brand new and still sealed. Lowe's.com shows it at $369 for Father's Day, but I picked mine up in clearance for almost another $100 off. It's a great saw and replaces my dewalt miter saw which was not a slider and didn't have the laser.

Thanks OP for the great deal. My store just lowered the price to $269 today. I bought a 20% off Lowe's coupon online (Lowe's advantage credit card is required to apply the coupon) and used to bring the price down to ~$215 before tax. Very slick deal. 😎😎😎
I miss the old Hitachi saws... Metabo versions are a FAR cry from what they claim to be.
So it might be a good deal, but there's better saws out there for less... they're not good SCMS but they're better than the metabo (and the HPT versions.)
So do some research on a tool like this... look into motor durability and wobble. Many motors for CMS/SCMS need beefy motors for thicker kerf blades. Thinner kerf on low quality saws can wobble horribly. And (while rare), minor flaws can be life threatening on tools like this.
Just picked up one. It was marked as clearance at 269.37. The model number on the box is C12RSH2(S), which I understand from previous Slickdeals is the newer model. The odd thing is that the Lowe's web site and the shelf tag indicate the model number is C12RSH2M.
Did you look up your store to see the price on the website or Brickseek?
It is showing a bunch of stores having them for $269 but once I went to the store, the price rang up at $369 instead at 3 different stores. I wonder how accurate Brickseek is these days?!
I just paid $200. It was marked $269 and I asked if it was discontinued. Guy said best he could do was $200! Sold sold sold. Couldn't believe it. I bought a unicorn. I almost didn't roll the dice on this. It was 60 min from home. Well worth it.

Yes store only
Used a bunch of Lowe's GCs that I picked up at 10% discount, so turned out to be a killer deal.
Was waiting on a Miter Saw deal. Thanks OP!
Glad to help pass on the deal. I post when I find a good deal and it's not often
