7/30 ship date is a killer. the last batch with 3060s from mem day sale have all been delivered/being delivered. looks like they are waiting on a restock on the 3060s which may point to LHRv2

there is another prebuild with 3060ti which ships 7/2 so that too is a bit of a toss up if it has LHR applied

The one I received has an OEM 3060, but it was the same LHR as the 3060s had originally, just like the EVGA one I got from the queue (very luckily, i might add!)

I was able to mine with it with the 470.5 developer driver, and HDMI monitor/dummy plug connected in a full x16 lane.

That said, there is another guy on reddit right now, and he is not able to get the same HP OEM 3060 to mine at anything above 27Mh/s, so right now it seems to be YMMV. Perhaps some 3060s are getting the new hashrate limiter of the Ti cards that is more robust?

At this point, it's a better buy for gamers than miners. Maybe you'll get a good one, maybe not. Even with 3060s there's still silicon lottery. The HP 3060 is actually a better card than my EVGA was on a couple of metrics, which surprised me greatly.

Strange that this model only has 400w PS option and up to 3060. Wonder why they don't allow 3060 Ti and 500W like other similar models.

I messaged customer service and they were able to tell me if the model id chosen would be LHR or not.
