I like your manager better than mine. FWIW...when I purchased a Samsung (3 yr mfg included) last year, I was interested in extending the warranty with the Allstate plan, and the manager told me what I said in my post. She then showed me in the warranty literature that the 4 yr warranty starts the day of the warranty purchase, which has to be within 30 days of the TV purchase.

I did not wait for my 75 M series to die. I've had it for 3 years as the main TV and it works like brand new. I just ordered this 85" beast to replace the 75". Also, 3 years from the manufacturer and 24 months added with the Citi credit card from Costco.
I thought Costco card 2 year warranty extension only applies to things you buy from Costco?
Has anyone received their TV yet? Mine just says order placed and shows an estimated delivery date as 7/1
I have yet to get an update on the status of my order outside of "order placed". My credit card hasn't been charged either BUT the TV is showing in stock at regular price so that gives me hope that it'll get shipped and not cancelled due to insufficient stock. Hold on tight!

Same here. Chatted with rep today and they said after talking to the shipping department it would arrive by Friday. Also said the shipping service would call to schedule delivery.

I spoke to Sam's rep today since I have not received any emails from them except the one for the order. she said I will get an email on 7-1 with delivery date, then it could be 7 to 10 days 🤦🏻 ♂️First time buying from Sam's. I have bought big expensive items from Costco and I know exactly when i am getting the item right away, usually within a week. I don't like this silence treatment from Sam and I am hoping the rep is completely wrong.

Oh good. I was able to purchase after they restocked the inventory. So I wasn't too sure if they were going to cancel.

Just heard back from Sam's. This is shipping directly from Vizio and Vizio is still processing the order.
