Also picked up a box. I'm just curious how these don't go bad, I can't find any preservatives in the ingredients.

They use tetrapaks. It's sealed in a wax type carton jug. Alot of grocery stores sell big variants of milk in them being shelf stable. Ironically if you ask me tertrapak milks taste better than ones that come outta refrigerator gallons. They also cost a bit more but the taste and freshness is undeniable.
