FYI
Good idea to do a clean install of Windows every now and again. That's why Microsoft has made it so easy (Start > Settings > Update & Security > Recovery > "Reset this PC") and 20 minutes later you are good to go.

Yes according to the picture it has enough ports to drive 4 monitors. My kid has this with a GTX1650 and he uses it with 3 monitors running at 1080p (2K). If you are just an normal person that wants to get a good deal on a good PC that will probably never be opened, and the only real maintenance you do is reinstall Windows ever couple of years to clean the system up. Then this system is perfect for you.
Nvidia recommends a 600w system.
I bet this is being throttled by power over anything else. I recall all reviews saying 3k series cards spike over their recommended wattage.
3 - Recommendation is made based on PC configured with an Intel Core i7 3.2 GHz processor. Pre-built system may require less power depending on system configuration.
edit - meant to also state that the recommended is only 450 and not 600 watts. Footnote still applies.
In reality, during normal gameplay, you would not max out the GPU and CPU together at the same time. The average power draw would be in the range of 200w with maybe spikes up to 250w.
In short the 360w PSU is well within the range needed for this system as it sells.
-edit: found the answer to my question in this thread, thanks!
If you want a graphics cards that have 4 ports then the RTX 2070, RTX 3060, ad RTX 3070 that can come with this system have 4 ports. (1 HDMI and 3 DP) so do all the AMD Radeon cards (RX5300, 5600, 5700, 5700XT)

The bloatware, the quality of components - this system runs out of the box 15 to 30% slower than it's counterparts and has significant design flaws that will definitely shorten it's usefulness and life and the users won't/can't fix because they aren't computer builders.. I'd avoid it and drop 200 dollars on a better built option with better specs which Gamer's Nexus has identified. Again though, those GN videos are for the tech crowd in recommending the pre-builts for family members and such so I think their dialogue on it is VERY relevant. I would suggest avoiding this system.
Unless you have HDD all these systems are very fast.

That it is still 90w under recommended. There is only a ~60w difference in TDP on an i5 and i7 series. So, you are still more than likely getting throttled.

I was on hold for over 80min getting bounced around from department to department. I was also told that these were just line items and not actually charged items (which did not hold up when I added up the invoice and saw they were included in the subtotal). It makes me think that Dell does this intentionally with poor/confusing UI on the order form and then terrible customer service (enforced by crappy software the customer service is forced to use along with crappy international connection to India) to pocket the fees from people who do not notice or give up in frustration.
In the end, I was promised refunds for both things and it was more frustration than ~$56 is worth for myself. But if I share this with the community and it saves others from being ripped off by Dell, it seems more worth it. Check your Dell invoice and make sure you weren't charged either if you did this deal.
