I'm still rocking my original pixel. Its been a really great phone that even to this day still does everything I need my phone to do, except now after more than 3yrs of use, the battery is pretty worn out. This pixel 2 maybe an "old" phone, but not everybody needs the latest and greatest snapdragon processor to run google maps, make phone calls and send texts. I'm just not really clear on whether this is actually a new phone. Under the warranty info it lists a 60day B&H warranty. So is it a brand new "ancient" pixel 2, or some type of used or refurb? If it's brand new, it seems like a pretty good deal to me.

Never get rid of your original pixel. You can upload original quality photos to google photos FOR LIFE. None of the other pixel phones offer original quality.

I'd like to, but in this day and age of designed obsolescence I don't think that's too realistic. I really do like my pixel, it takes great pictures, runs pure un-bloated android, and It's been rooted since day one which I'm sure most people could care less about, but I personally like the freedom.

Yep bought a used Pixel just for uploading pics/vids. Set it up to synch from my main phone every few days pretty seamless
