I tried with a gift card. It wouldn't work. I contacted their customer support, they seemed to confirm gift cards cannot be used to buy gift cards online.

I bought this deal with a GameStop gift card and it worked. I actually placed 2 orders with gift card and they worked fine.

I always thought DoorDash had crazy fees and then I tried UberEats once. It always finds a way to make my orders double in price just from fees and delivery alone... then I delete the order and go pick up the food myself. You would need a 50% discount on a ubereats gift card for it to be worth it.

Please do not support Uber eats or any of their competitors. They charge more than the actual restaurant charges, takes money from the restaurant, pays absolute shit to the drivers, and all of that ilk of "services" are absolutely horrible for the environment, workers, and restaurants.

Uber doesn't give job opportunities to drivers. Drivers are independent contractors with no paid vacation, no minimum wage protection, no health insurance, etc. The vehicle insurance has a $2500 deductible and only covers once the driver has accepted a "trip".

Get off you lazy, entitled ass and go pick it up yourself.

Trade credit vs Gift card probably. I believe it only works with gift card not trade credit. But you can buy GameStop gift card with trade credit, then use it to buy Uber eats.
