Description - Old one says 'A10X chip', New one says 'A12 chip'.
You maybe able to find it cheaper through those Walmart YMMV deals ( which are proven to be difficult to replicate and time consuming too ). Apparently, most retailers are getting rid of the remaining stock. Good luck!

Easiest way is the remote. New one has a click wheel and the old a track pad. Functionality-wise, very similar based on the components
If you can find the old ATV 4k for 70 and the remote for 50 or whatever it's a good deal… but at $100 you may as well spend up.
I have the 'old' Apple TV 4K (this model) hooked up to a C9 oled downstairs. The new one is on a GX oled in my living room. Zero appreciable difference. The 120hz stuff is good for gaming but you ain't playing intensive games on this box regardless.
The old atv, this model, has all the audio and video synch stuff that the newest TVOS update baked in.
It really comes down to if you want the new remote or not. The new remote is 100% worth the higher cost in my opinion- the old one genuinely sucks.
