This RIDGID @ HD or the BOSCH @ Amazon:
Bosch GSB18V-490B12 18V EC Brushless 1/2 In. Hammer Drill/Driver Kit with (1) 2.0 Ah SlimPack Battery:
https://smile.amazon.co
The Bosch comes with only one battery, but seems to have more/better features than the RIDGID:
Bosch is a hammer drill: can drill through concrete etc.
Bosch has higher torque: 490 in/lbs vs. 425 in/lbs
Bosch has higher RPM: 0--600 + 0--1900 vs. 0--450 + 0--1750
The RIDGID is more compact than the BOSCH:
Height: RIDGID = 7.83", BOSCH = 8.1"
Length: RIDGID = 6.17", BOSCH = 7.44"

I'd buy this over the Bosch just for the Warranty, the extra battery is the added topping!

Subcompacts are really handy for the majority of what people do with drills, but if it doesn't have the oomph or features that you need, you'll have to go bigger.
And that second battery is really important for bigger jobs, because it allows you to keep working while the first battery is recharging.
What sold me on this vs Bosch or anything else is the Lifetime Service Agreement. As long as you jump through the hoops to register for it in time, and provide all the necessary evidence, this will repay itself many times over in the future just with replacement batteries. And when you get replacement batteries, you have to register those for the LSA, too (they are not auto-registered).
