Seems like it does, but there's no mention of the wattage and it appears that you don't get the USB hub functionality over the USB-C port. Unfortunate. This would have been a great productivity monitor.
I think it's 50-60 watts (leaning towards 60), it is enough to charge a 2018 mbp or an ipad pro, but not enough for my gaming laptop.

That's a bummer. Anything more than 60hz is very desirable even for non game use, I personally believe. You feel so much in control with higher refresh rates on large displays.
It's a deal breaker, otherwise seems like a great deal.
