Great deal. Has anyone submitted for these rebates before? How long does it take to get the rebate ("Visaยฎ Virtual Account for $5.00") ? Any issues with getting the rebate?

It's been a while since I did rebates from back in the day like COMPUSA where they fight you tooth and nail to deny the rebate or say it was never submitted.

Mostly. I didn't get the coupon to work and didn't get the $3 coupon, but $1.50 for a pile of reasonable quality razors is a steal regardless.
