Regarding the RTX 3050 Ti, this is the maximum powered variant, allowed by Nvidia, 80W TGP, up to 95W with Dynamic Boost. Performance will be almost similar to RTX 2060, with some exceptions in games which higher video memory requirement.
I would say its a good deal, synonymous with last years popular Legion 5 4800h + 1660Ti deal for 1k

The problem then is that RTX 2060 laptop quite often go for much cheaper. The processor is good but still. A gen old Intel or even AMD equivalent isn't too far off, is it?
