This time around, I had to create a new Visible account because I can only have one line per account. But I ported in the same number that I ported in last time for the last deal, and it seemed to have worked. So I guess you can port the same number repeatedly, but on a different account.
If you're using a # you want to keep, might have to pay for a 3rd month and then port out, but easier to just use a throwaway # from Ebay or similar and write off the 2 paid months.

As far as i understand, you could port anything in, but they may not give you a mastercard rebate if it isn't on the list

*When I did this before, I was actually able to activate the SIM in a tablet that had SIM slot and LTE. Couldn't actually use the Visible service in the tablet, but it was enough to fulfill the activation requirements and I used the new phone with another carrier / SIM.
