Wow .. looks like visible website is having all sorts of issue. I was finally able to checkout via paypal and the code SUMMER and the $200 promo applied in my cart and clearly mentioned in the confirmation email. There's alos some sort of Nimble charging bundle included

I've used the $1 SIM twice and I got the credit right after activation. You aren't charged by them until the end of the month.

I tried activating online and it would not
had to chat with CS when they told me I had to pick a plan in order to get the credit !

Yeah, you do have to pick a plan to activate, but the credit will apply right after activation and you will have a credit for your bill.
