In my experience with the gamestop buy 2 get 1 used games ordered online:
Last year around this time I ordered the same deal with 3 PS4 games, all came complete and good condition.
Then around Christmas time I got another 3 PS4 games. All seemed good and complete until I recently started playing TLOU2 (waited for the ps5 patch). When I receive the games used, I checked each game for detection through my ps4. When I went to install TLOU2 recently, the 2nd install disc kept erroring during the 2nd half of the install.
I went to my local gamestop and they swapped it out without any questions and I didn't even have a receipt since my wife ordered these games. I was shocked.

Lesson: install all games when received to make sure they work. Also If you are picky on cases I'd suggest going in store.

You give them too much credit. Sometimes I don't even get a case at all. I've had used games sent to me on multiple occasions in just paper sleeves. GS is terrible lol

It's great when they send you New Sealed games when you order pre-owned. Not so great when it's the other way around, "GameStop New" lol

Good deal I suppose, but it's irksome how their used price is typically $5 off new price. You can often get NEW games at $5 off their new price.

I guess if there's a third game you want then 🤷🏾 ♂️

So...you were able to swap the disc...6 months later?

Yes. The manager was there when I was talking to the employee and he just said swap it out.
