Just tell them you will return it and re-buy it. I've had success with this in the past and they cave in. Dell is strange when it comes to this stuff. I once cancelled an order to have them place a new one at a lower price and I had a supervisor call me 5 days in a row asking why I cancelled...
Tried two calls and one online chat and it seems the only way is to return and re-buy. Really not want to get into this process since it's a hassle for both Dell and myself. But Dell csrs were so firm that they could not process more than one price match. Had to make another call to start the return (their online return tool seemed not working)

I bought for $1214.99. Dell is price matching $1099.99 instead of $1077.99. I sent a link and they don't show the dell member discount for $22. What is the dell member discount? I had that on my $1214.99 purchase and it went through without any problems.

Try again. I called and they price matched to give me $115 back to my credit card. It will be applied in about 8 days.

I'ma bit torn on which path to take. Do I get this or go build a desktop with the 5700Gw when it comes out. I don't play new games or in 4k for that matter but my interest is in console emulation. The 5700G can handle pretty much all of it with internal GPU except for Xbox 360 it seems. It'd probably cost 2/3 the price of this and offer upgradability. On the other hand this is prebuilt and will far exceed the GPU power of 5700G iGPU but no upgradability. I just don't know if I should fork over the extra money on this laptop or just build a desktop and if needed add a GPU when the prices come down.

I saw the review of both and the alienware laptop looks super solid vs this one that feels a little flimsy. If you don't really care and doesn't move it around get the g15. No idea how the airflow are vs each other, but I would assume alienware would use better parts but maybe not much.

Thanks for the deal OP. I just bought another Dell G15 R5 to expand my NiceHash farming. This time is significantly cheaper than the previous deals that Dell kept lowering the prices little by little. I also got to use Dell Advantage Rewards of $36.75 from the first order. $1140.48 delivered to the door in about a week (-4% CB TBD). Currently getting 47.52 MH/s on my first one that went for $1225 ($1,296.01 after tax - $134.74 CB = $1161.27). Definitely love making these laptops pay for itself as much as possible.

I dont think any other laptop deal (including L5Pro from YMMV walmart) comes close to VFM to this in the last few months.

What does 47 MH/s mean in terms of payout?

Is it your second pm or the first one?
My issue was when the price dropped to $1199 about a week ago, I did price adjustment once. Now their system does not allow further pm/credit anymore

Anyone know if the USB-C and/or the HDMI will allow an external monitor to access the dGPU? 20-some minutes of googling didn't clear it up for me, so hoping someone here knows.
