update, ordered three cards. all cards came within three minutes. have since then applied all three to amazon account balance. have already gotten confirmation that all three cards have been applied to my account.
Needed to spend $500 to wrap up a credit card promo, so this was a nice money maker for me.

Did any one order with Chase CSP and got the gift cards? I am assuming its an issue with chase for people not receiving their gift cards in minutes.

Yeah amazon can be pricks when you load a bunch of money to your account. They assume it's fraud or trying to game giftcards (like buying at grocery store or office supply store for 5% back).

I've reloaded over $5000 in a span of a week to hit minimum spend requirements on a credit card with no issue
