update, ordered three cards. all cards came within three minutes. have since then applied all three to amazon account balance. have already gotten confirmation that all three cards have been applied to my account.
Needed to spend $500 to wrap up a credit card promo, so this was a nice money maker for me.

I had the code fall off - $75 was in the cart, but not in the invoice. Successfully paid with Sapphire Preferred. Canceled order through chat, agent told to place another order on computer in Chrome. Placed identical order while on chat, just applying coupon. Received cancelation email. Agent said their compliance team will call me today, they didn't.

Tried placing order with AMEX, still cancelled, using wife CSP and in her name, canceled again. Apparently it now cancels orders with my address.

Probably would try with a $500 prepaid card, just curious...

I wish I signed up for the CSP sooner! When you sign up in branch, you still have to wait for them to mail you the card right? They don't do instant use numbers?
