My research indicates the EGO Power + Nexus Escape 150W Power Station is $20 lower (20% savings) than the next best available price from a reputable merchant with prices starting from $99 at the time of this posting.
I found it to be worthless and returned it. Even for light loads, some electronics do not like the waveform - would not even power a small DJI drone charger. I like the ego products in general, but they don't seem to know what they are doing on their inverters.
thanks - I only tried so far with a 45W HP stream - charged that fine. I want to test to see if it can power my vented hot water heater's blower motor.
I have the nexus, and it's pretty sweet, if you have a few of the Ego batteries. When my power goes out, I can plug in a smallish power strip, and then power up my internet router, laptop, usb hub to charge multiple phones, etc. The 5 ah battery lasts at least a few hours while powering these type of things. Saved my butt a couple of times when working from home during power outages.
Anyone have any experience with the greenworks pressure washers?
I bought one last year from slickdeals/lowe's for $80, and it has worked perfectly in over 20 uses. 1800 PSI 1.1 GPM model. I thought I would live to regret it for how cheap it was but it has not let me down.
I bought one of those EGO 18" saws last year when Home Depot was closing them out. Bonus that it has the same battery as my leaf blower.
but, that saw is a beast around the house. Great for bucking up logs for firewood, clearing storm debris, or even no mess tossing in the back seat just in case you need to cut your way home(which actually happened). Probably have about 3 cords of wood run through it. I still use my gas Husky for felling, but am really impressed with the EGO saw. Pleasant on the ears too.
I got one too! Same deal. I know nothing about chainsaws, but my brother has an entry-medium level stil, and he was blown away by the power of the EGO. Me too. He also said his green works 16" saw isn't bad but the EGO is in a different league. So for those who have tried other battery platforms the EGO will probably surprise you.

I picked it up 4th of July weekend to use for car detailing and general around-the-house stuff along with some accessories mentioned in the reviews.
