Lol, requested eBay return and they send me a shipping label that are super blurry, almost to the point of unreadable and not scannable. Anyone having the same issue?

You can also take it to the Fedex office and do a return to sender. As long you never opened it up.

Seller is a huge scam they never sent the pc had it redirected back to them and told me have to wait 7 days for a refund due to selling this cheaper price then it should have. Go on eBay and look at all the negative reviews on this pc, no one ever got one. Stay far away from VIP Oulet huge scam

Same on my end. Got a notice saying delivered, walked out and no package. Checked tracking and it got half way here before the seller recalled it back and the delivery notification was back to their warehouse. Now I have to wait 7 days for my refund. Holding off on the negative review until I get my refund.

Never got an email from Vipoutlet about what was happening or why, only reason I know is because I was watching the tracking. Called them, they said it was the wrong item, I asked to still received the item I purchased, they said it is a higher price than what I ordered, I understood and asked for my refund, they said it would be 5 days after they receive it back.
Not mad about the mistake, I do not like no notifications from them about what is happening or that a refund is coming, etc.
I will not buy from them again, they lost a possible customer for life....not because of a price mistake, but because of the whole way they are handling it.

The blue label on the box tells you what is inside. At least that is going to save you some tape and time to repackage it and send it back. Got 3200, turned it on for 2 mins. Unit looks new,, but Fan was loud. Didn't bother to go thru windows setup. Shipping it back. Not worth 250.

"How was your order experience with VIP Outlet?"

Um, I know most SDers would completely incinerate them, and will when they get the same email, but I think it was a big mistake - which they will clearly pay for with returns. I don't like their excuses, not taking ownership for the underlying problem (listing error), but I'm just not interested in burying the business for human error.

I'm sure they'll be fine, if they are in fact owned by Walmart, and are basically Walmart's way of selling off returns.

My desktop got canceled before it ever shipped, but I also ordered a acer predator laptop which did ship. I received a POS ewaste Celeron based hp laptop which has less processing power than a potato. Started RMA and sent them a nasty message on their survey. I understand accidents happening but they straight up lied about the issue, and that I cannot forgive. Never again buying from VIP Outlet, infact I think they should be banned from SD. Anybody know how to go about that?
