3.99 + .10 bag fee = $4.09 taxed 7.25% (yes, they taxed the bag fee) = $4.38
4.38 - 3.50 = 88 cents so another 6 cents went somewhere, probably local.
SoCali is one of the greediest states there is. When I went to pick up my last order I said I wanted to leave the bag to avoid the bag fee. The lady I talked to said they don't charge an actual bag fee & the total is adjusted when the system goes to charge your CC. I'm not sure I believe that but will check my statement once I pick up this order.

The store price is different than the online price. And they don't price match the online price. They said if I want the online price, I need to order online and pick up in store.
That might be true in some cases, but this body wash/soap is literally in the weekly print ad. The coupon comes off when you put in your phone # at checkout.

Did you choose subscribe to other body wash if the one you chose is out of stock? They won't charge you more than you pay if the replaced item has a higher price. I always choose that option in case they cancel my order. At least I can get other same category item at the same low price.
Online said not available for pickup, yet I went in store and had plenty... Idk why the app said not available and only option was to ship... Stupid WG. Think they want you to come in store in hopes to buy more stuff
Nope just picked up 1 hour ago in store.
They don't make the Irish spring body wash I used to always buy. It was called Gear and was also an all in one, but it was this dark blue color and had a scent I liked. Does anyone know what happened to it.
LOVED THIS STUFF! I used to use it after workouts yesrs ago and got rid of all the stink. Idk where it went I no longer see it in stores, probably no longer in production

Think about this logistically. If you're ordering online and having them collect your items to give to you, they have to put them in a bag, or they'd have everyone's items in a huge mishmash at pickup, and they'd inevitably end up missing some things or grabbing the wrong items from someone else's order.
Some cities and states relaxed their laws during the early and worst parts of the pandemic, because they didn't want to encourage people to bring in items they've been touching and breathing on for workers to handle, back at the beginning of covid, when we thought that you could catch it from touching things. But most municipalities are now enforcing those laws again.
Complain to your city or state legislators about bag fees, not us!
Or better yet, do your own shopping in the store and bring your own bag, as was intended by the law. You won't get hit by the fees.

It says regular price because that is the only thing that varies between online and the store. If an item is on sale on the weekly print ad, it is available at that price both online and in-store, so no need to match.
It also states this on a small, rectangular white sign, on the entrance door - usually in the bottom left hand corner, where it's hard to read or notice.
